For any cruises, a reservation is required. Availability is limited to the capacity of the ship. Book your tickets early to avoid disapointment.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

For 2-day packages, a 50 % deposit is required at the time of booking, balance is due at least one month prior to the departure day.
 

There are no service or administration fees for all types of booking (on the phone, via internet, or at the ticket booth).

Reimbursement policy for individual reservations :

If cancellation is notified:

• 7 days and more prior to the cruise, Croisières M/S Jacques-Cartier will refund the total amount paid without penalty.
•  7 days up to 72 hours prior to the cruise, Croisières M/S Jacques-Cartier will  refund 50 % of the amount paid.
• 72 hours or less  prior to the cruise, no refund will be made.

In the event a customer does not show up the day of the cruise without having noticed Les Croisières M/S Jacques-Cartier, no refund of compensation will be possible. 

In addition to outdoor seating and sun-decks, our ship is fully equiped (spacious heated cabins, retractable awnings and more!) to ensure passenger comfort in any weather. In fact, cruises are not cancelled  on rainy days.

At the time of booking, that will be our pleasure send you a map of  the departure quay and to tell you about the parking facilities nearby.

Croisières M/S Jacques-Cartier accepts the following forms of payment: 

• Visa and Master Card,
• Debit Card
• Cash

For all cruises, passengers must check in at least 30 minutes before departure time. 

Our ship is partially accessible for people being able to move only in wheelchair. The accessibility to the ship also varies according to the departure quay. We would be pleased to provide you information by phone.

A full bar service is available on board. Therefore, beverages brought on board by passengers cannot be permitted.
